Monday Me…

Today I am….

I stepped on the scale to discover I am back at my starting weight.

Realizing that I need to eat healthy again.

Hating that my weight has such a depressing effect on me and how I think of me.

  2. Yeah, what ^Author^ said. It’s an everyday battle. Don’t ever give up. There’s bound to be back sliding from time to time, but that doesn’t mean you lost. It’s just a setback.

I saw a guy on TV the other day and he made a simple point that has stuck with me every day since. He basic said that the tiniest changes add up over time. If you change from 2% milk to 1% milk and change nothing else about your diet, that change will add up at the end of a year.

If you throw a handful of such changes into the mix, all small, yet all simple (easy), these changes will add up over time. Kinda like one push-up is better than none. Well, 10 calories less is better than the same or more. Baby steps. 😉

  3. Tina,

You’re a beautiful soul and a lovely person – don’t let your weight make you think any differently. A few pounds more, a few pounds less – it doesn’t change the REAL you.

If you’re anything like me you’re a stress eater – and your recent financial worries won’t have helped. But eating healthy is a good -thing so once you’ve set your mind too it, you’ll get started ….
